Char Hiaring is an American businessman, real estate entrepreneur, educator and motivational speaker. He is now on a mission to build the best community in Real Estate, one that uplifts everyone ready to change their lives for the better.
One thing that drives me in business is my last name ‘Hiaring’. This name was given to my great grandfather during the Industrial Revolution here in America. My grandfather was an immigrant turned businessman. In those times, people would say ‘go see the Hiring man’, and that’s how we got our last name Hiaring. I aspire to retrieve this lost legacy that once was.
Life
Not knowing where to go in life by the age of 23 he was struggling with alcohol, and drugs and had a net worth of -$40,000 even after filing bankruptcy. So not only was he financially poor, but his mind was also impoverished. But from that darkness emerged a determination to not only change his financial situation but also to transform his mindset.
Char has been learning from industry giants, and exploding to success across multiple social media platforms. Over the last 7 years, he has learned invaluable insights that no college could ever teach, mastering the art of real estate wholesaling and house flipping. Completing over 300 deals exploding to success across multiple social media platforms.
